Quick and easy Cajun chicken, tender and juicy with a flavorful Cajun crust. Perfect over creamy pasta!

large or 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts

cajun seasoning

Wash chicken and pat dry.

Rub both sides of chicken with cajun seasoning.

Saute chicken in a pan with 1 tsp olive oil over medium heat ~5 minutes per side or until cooked through.

Meal Prep: Let cool and freeze.

To Serve: Thaw overnight, then reheat ~10 mins at 350°F or in microwave.
Serve over pasta with Alfredo sauce. Quick tip - add some frozen peas or broccoli to the pasta as it cooks for a quick and easy extra veggie!
