The Big Bite: Meal Prep Round 2

Hi Busies!  Summer has flown by, and it’s time to meal prep for all things fall.  Included in this guide are some important fall classics, like white chicken chili, lasagna roll ups, and buffalo chicken bowls (hello, ?), while also keeping it light with a few kale bowls and some quick and easy asian stir fry.  If this is your first visit here, please check out this post and this post first.  Everything will make a lot more sense after that, I promise!

Busy Girl Bites Round 2 Meal Prep Guide – September 2017

Similar to last round, I’m releasing the guide in advance of all the recipe posts being published.  This, Busies, gives you a chance to shop and cook/eat along with me.  Then, as I post the recipes each week, we can share our feedback together to make Round 3 even better!

No better feeling than being done with a long weekend of meal prep!

The Results:  This round contains 20 meals to prep, at around 4 servings each – that’s 80 servings!  I posted about some behind the scenes of my shopping and cooking, but the end cost was ~2.5 days of cooking (see the guide for an example of how to do it all in 1 weekend!), and about $100 at Costco and $200 at Kroger.  That comes out to $3.75 per serving – pretty hard to beat, right?!

Links to individual recipe posts will be updated as they’re published:

As always, happy meal prepping!  Let me know in the comments below how your meal prep turned out, or any feedback you have on the guide!
