Summer bean salad or bean dip with avocado, red onion, tomato, cilantro, and a delicious chili lime dressing!

Ingredients
Salad
1beefsteak or heirloom tomato
1can black beans(rinsed and drained)
1can corn(rinsed and drained)
1can pinto beans(rinsed and drained)
1avocado(diced)
1bunch cilantro(chopped)
Dressing
1/3cupolive oil
3Tlime juice
1tspsalt
1tspchili powder
1/2tspgarlic powder
1/4tspblack pepper
Instructions
Dressing
Combine all ingredients in mason jar or small bowl and shake or whisk to combine.
Salad
Combine all ingredients except avocado, add dressing, and stir to combine. Then gently stir in avocado. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 24 hours (add avocado immediately prior to serving).
